I visited Hakuba Downtown Apartments for Thanksgiving and was thoroughly impressed. Everything was excellent, but what stood out the most to me was the phenomenal mountain views from the apartment. The cozy ambiance, well-equipped kitchen, and spacious living area made for a truly comfortable stay. The hosts, Shiho and Pete, were incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure our enjoyment. My experience was truly exceptional, and I am grateful for the warm hospitality extended by the hotel.
